On Monday, Nov. 24, a new disaster center for Hurricane Ike victims opened in The Woodlands. Manuel R. Gonzalez, Houston District Director for the the United States Small Business Administration announced the transition of The Woodlands Disaster Recovery Center to an SBA Disaster Loan Outreach Center on the day of the opening.
